Life Among the Vines
Our estate spans hillside terraces above the Hula Valley — a landscape shaped by generations of growers and the unique microclimate of Ramot Naftali.
01
The Terroir
Our vines grow on basalt-rich soils at 350–480 metres elevation. Cool nights preserve acidity; warm days build depth. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay thrive here — each expressing a distinct facet of the Galilee.
02
In the Cellar
After harvest, our wines rest in French and American oak barrels beneath the visitor center. Guests on reserve tastings walk through the cellar — close enough to smell the wood, the wine, and the patience required to make something worth waiting for.
03
Season by Season
Winter pruning shapes next year's crop. Spring budbreak paints the hills green. Summer veraison turns clusters from hard green to soft purple. Autumn harvest is celebration — and the beginning of another cycle. Visit in any season; the vineyard always has a story to tell.
